“Development Education on the move after summer break!”
LADDER project is now moving to next phases organizing more and more activities, conferences and meetings.
September: Month of coordination & planning to get the LADDER project back on track following the summer break. Online coordination meetings with the consortium (46 organisations) & 2nd Steering Committee to update the consortium and finetune the next steps. Also two particularly participative activities have been launched during this month, namely the Citizen Journalists initiative, which has been also presented to the SumLab event, held in Cesena, focusing on communicative innovation, and the Slogan Competition initiative, which is particularly involving schools in all countries of our partners.
During the upcoming months, in fact, the project LADDER has a very tight schedule. Among organized events are, MED Path event in Tunisia on local governance and global dimension , 3rd LADDER training on DEAR in Greece, LADDER Special Initiative on Migration in Malta, and Eastern partnership event in Georgia and many more! LADDER project will also be presented and showcased at the occasion of other international & European events, including World LED Forum in Italy (October), the DEAR Fair in Brussels (October) & the 3rd Congress on Global Education in Croatia (November), and many more !
LADDER project is going to be presented to wide public sharing experience and best practices with all participants. Special focus is going to be put on migration during the Special Initiative on Migration in Malta, addressing the challenges related to refugees and to the migration crisis, now affecting Europe and its Neighborhood.
