Based on the principle of respect for the individual, the fundamental assumption is that each Person is a moral and rational being that deserves to be treated with dignity. This is what is known in the Society as Human Rights. This fundamental natural law provides the rights that are universal, inalienable, indivisible, interdependent and interrelated.
It is the essential right to which every single Person is entitled to by the very virtue of being born as a human being. Since all humans should enjoy the same rights, resources, opportunities and protection; it is reasonable that the Human Rights often seem as a modern democratic fairy tale to the ordinary working citizens.
Human Rights violations are all actions that violate the personal freedom and the rights of a Human being. Starting with the individual actions and agendas, their violations may also be driven by larger authorities.
Nevertheless, it should not be forgotten that these are natural rights that are not dependent on the laws, customs or beliefs of any individual, groups, cultures, governments and cannot be repealed or restrained by human laws. Therefore, there is no authority that has the right to deny Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Only together, the People are going to be able to overcome the gigantic walls of injustice. What seems to be extremely popular nowadays is the separation that is being brought up into the Mind of the People by dangerous rhetoric. If all Humans are born as Humans; as Children; therefore Women and Men are all equal only when their personality reflects the virtues of a little Child.
Is it truly logical to seek justice through the unjust actions? How is it possible to achieve equality in the Society that is being divided by the ‘*****isms’? Perhaps it would be wise to be more humble in words and greater in actions. Therefore, the individuals that wish to move the Society, essentially must learn to move themselves. Just like Sisyphus, this Society is trying to push the burden of injustice up the hill of separation in the pursuit of equality; unaware of the simple Truth that empathy and compassion is the basic of all morality.
Like every other information that is about to become the fact and to be honored as Truth, it will be ridiculed, opposed and and then accepted as being self-evident. Hopefully, the days will come, when Humans will be enlightened by the simple fact that there is no compassion in separation and there is no separation in empathy.
Consciousness is a mechanism that has no gender, race or religion. It is able to feel and to express Love and Fear. It is able to know pain; and in knowing pain, it is also transparent when it bleeds.
I know my Brothers and Sisters by the colors of their tears; not by the synonyms of separation.
Peace can only last where human rights are respected, where the people are fed, and where individuals and nations are free.
